Kousuke Makihara, becomes the manager of the Sazanami girls’ dormitory run by his aunt who is traveling abroad, depicting his interactions and romantic relationships with the various girls he meets there. The game includes a raising/simulation element: as the protagonist completes dorm chores, one of three stats: cooking, cleaning, or general tasks increases, this system was later removed in the DVD re-releases.
